Lateral Tibial Plateau Fracture

The patient was a 30-year-old man who was initially seen by a physical therapist for a chief complaint of left knee pain. Due to concern for a fracture, the physical therapist ordered radiographs of the left knee, which revealed a fracture of the left lateral tibial plateau.
